Gary attended the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Decatur, Indiana in 1976, graduated at the top of his class, joined the Indiana Auctioneer Association (IAA) and became licensed and bonded in the state of Indiana and then in Kentucky. 

Gary began appraising property and having successful Farm & Real Estate Auctions, and in 1987, Gary & Connie branched out into the Consignment Auction Business in Greenville, Indiana.  Selling Farm, Construction and Industrial Equipment and related items.
