CREMATION PLAN OPTIONS
TRIUMPHANT - is a traditional funeral
service to include removal of the deceased, embalming, viewing, visitation, the funeral ceremony conducted by the funeral
home staff held at the funeral home or other location and transportation to the crematory. Also
included in this option is a register book, acknowledgement cards, memorial folders and your choice of a Kentucky
hardwood, hand crafted chest (while available) made of cherry, oak or walnut which can be used as an urn or a keepsake
memorial safe. Items not included, and not limited to, are a casket, disposition of the cremains and
other items you may ask us to use or purchase on your behalf.
TRIBUTE - is a direct cremation plan with memorial funeral
service at a later date. This plan includes removal of the deceased, transportation to the crematory, any preparation of
the body if necessary, a memorial service conducted by the funeral home staff at the funeral home or other location,
a one to four hour gathering of friends and relatives prior to the funeral service, register book, acknowledgement
cards and memorial folders. Also included is your choice of a Kentucky hardwood, hand crafted chest, (while available)
made of cherry, oak or walnut which can be used as an urn or keepsake memorial safe. Items not included that you may
ask us to purchase on your behalf, but not limited to, are embalming (not required), flowers and disposition
of the cremains.
TRIBUNE - is a direct cremation with graveside funeral service at a later date. This plan includes
removal of the deceased, any preparation of the body if necessary, transportation to the crematory and to the cemetery (Breckinridge
County) a funeral memorial service conducted by the funeral home staff at the gravesite, disposition of the cremains
at the gravesite and cemetery equipment. Items not included, and not limited to that you may ask us to purchase
on your behalf are embalming (not required) an urn, urn vault and flowers.
DIRECT CREMATIONS - is
a direct cremation with alternative container* provided by the family or the funeral home. This plan includes removal of
the deceased, any preparation of the body if necessary, transportation to the crematory and authorizations. This plan does
not include and is not limited to a funeral service conducted by the funeral home staff, embalming (not required), flowers
and other items you may ask us to purchase on your behalf.
*Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials
like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without covering).

home.
