What We Do For You

- ARRANGE AN EXTENSIVE MARKETING PLAN TO ATTRACT ALL POSSIBLE BUYERS AND
INVESTORS.
- PROVIDE ALL COSTS RELATED TO PRODUCTION OF NECESSARY
MARKETING TOOLS. (INCLUDING: NEWSPAPER, PROPERTY SIGNS, INDIVIDUAL TRACT SIGNS, HAND OUTS, FULL COLOR
BROCHURES, AND OTHER NECESSARY ADVERTISING, ON SITE BROCHURE BOXES AND MAPS)
- PROVIDE FULL COLORED BROCHURES WHICH WILL BE MAILED TO LENDING INSTITUTIONS
AND ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS.
- COLLECT SALES TAX ON APPLICABLE ITEMS AND SEND TO THE STATE OF KENTUCKY.
- PROVIDE EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED AUCTION PERSONNEL TO PREVIEW PROPERTY
UPON REQUEST.
- REGISTER ALL POTENTIAL BUYERS DAY OF SALE FOR A RECORD OF ATTENDANCE.
- CONDUCT AUCTION DAY OF SALE IN A PROFESSIONAL TIMELY MANNER.
- FURNISH EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED GROUND CREW DAY OF SALE TO ASSIST
BIDDERS AND SELLER.
- TAPE AUCTION TO SHOW THAT ALL FACTS WERE CLEARLY COMMUNICATED TO BUYERS.
- DIRECT TRAFFIC AND ASSIST WITH PARKING.
- PROVIDE CATERER IF NECESSARY FOR ALL DAY SALE.
- PREPARE SALES AND PURCHASE CONTRACTS DAY OF SALE.
- PROVIDE SEATING, SOUND SYSTEM, AND TENT (FOR INCLEMENT WEATHER).
- ASSIST BUYERS AND SELLERS WITH CLOSINGS OF REAL ESTATE.
